Loyd & Townsend Rose will take on all the strain from you, the Travel Agent, to make sure that your clients are exceptionally well cared for throughout their stay. As a luxury travel company, we make it our business to fully understand the requirements and wishes of your clients and we then match those by using our destination management expertise. Having spent over 20 years as luxury travel professionals looking after our own clients, as well as clients through luxury bespoke travel agents, we understand how important it is to exceed all expectations when creating unique experiences. We believe this is reflected in the amount of repeat and referred business we receive.

We also understand that we are looking after your clients and we treat that relationship with care and respect at all times.

We organize everything for your clients once they arrive in the UK or Ireland. They will be met at the airport and driven, by one of our loyal drivers, to the Stately Home or Castle they are staying in to be met by the staff who will be looking after them for the duration of their stay. We can organize all manner of entertainment and activities for your clients. We are very used to multi-generational family groups with family members wanting to do different activities or excursions during the day. There is always something for everyone to do.

As well as organizing castle stays and vacations in stately homes, we also arrange luxury bespoke tours around the UK and Ireland creating unique travel experiences. Sometimes, we are asked to find a country house for a group to stay at for a week followed by another week of visiting different parts of the country staying in small, boutique hotels along the way. We are a team of luxury travel professionals and with our experience and knowledge, we can arrange for groups to have a truly authentic time by visiting areas of the country that are less well known but equally beautiful and interesting.

Do you normally work with travel agents or directly with the client?

We have some clients who come directly to us and we work with them building up our relationship so that we end up working with them year after year on different trips. However, we also have many private travel agents with whom we work regularly and have become long standing friends. They come back to us regularly when they have clients wanting a luxury vacation in the UK or Ireland. We are a DMC and we provide all the ground concierge and itinerary planning for the travel agents to give to their clients.

What size groups do you normally have?

We have many different sizes of groups from large, multi-generational family groups of 20-30 people staying in a private house and using that as their base, groups of friends wanting to spend a week playing golf of around 10-15 people again staying in a private house for the week and then smaller groups of between 2-8 people wanting to tour Scotland, Ireland or England staying in delightful boutique hotels and other hidden gems that we find for them. We are willing to consider any number to see if we can help.
